Coaching, Consulting, and Events
I offer coaching to leaders and leadership teams that recognize the wisdom of decoding what usually is invisible in organizations, so that they can better understand and lead them. In this role, I often utilize the IBM® Kenexa® Organizational Cultural Insight Survey, frequently partnering with individuals identified in Services and Network in the About section of this website.
The process I use includes cultural analyses and dialogues, generally beginning with executive leadership, but sometimes with historically underrepresented groups, leading to the development of action plans.
I also offer workshops on archetypes in leadership, organizational development, and branding. Some of my networked colleagues, either singly or in partnership with others, also consult with, coach, train, or teach leaders about this work and how to apply it in their fields.
